My name is Bruno Farinha and I am a Digital Product Designer from Lisbon, Portugal.
I specialise in user and customer experience, interaction design, service design, strategy planning and usability testing.

Business aware design mentality
Experience has shown me that design alone does not solve problems. It is the perfect vehicle to find solutions to business and customer problems, but it cannot work as a standalone solution.
Being business aware when applying design principles is crucial to align usability priorities that simplify and enhance customer experience, but also have business objectives as the top priority in every project.
Businesses live based on revenue. Innovation and design breakthroughs can only occur when this revenue allows for such initiatives.
